Your profile now counts the friends you invited
Every profile has a sixth number now: how many friends signed up through that player’s invite link — and anyone who opens the page can see it.

In plain words
Open any profile — yours, a friend’s, the player who just beat you — and next to Level, Games, Wins, Win rate and Streak there is a sixth number: Friends invited. It counts everyone who joined opolyx through that player’s invite link.
What counts
- A friend counts from the moment they sign up through your link, whether or not they have played yet.
- Only new players count: someone who has already finished a game on opolyx is not added.
- Each friend counts once, for the first invite link they used.
Where to get your link
Your link is on the Invite a friend card: in the lobby, on your own profile and on the result screen after a game. It is opolyx.com with your nickname at the end.
When a friend you invited finishes their first game, you both get 200 XP, 50 coins and a day of VIP.
Questions people ask
Do friends who have not played yet count?
For the technically curious
Who invited whom is private: only the two players in an invite can read its record. So the page does not read those records at all. It asks the server for one number — how many friends a player has invited — through a function that returns that count and never the list.
An invite has two states: waiting, until the friend finishes a first game, and paid, once the bonus has been given. The profile counts both, so a friend shows up on the day they sign up rather than after their first game.
The number is read in parallel with the rest of the profile. If that one read fails, the tile shows 0 and the rest of the page still loads — the same rule the win streak follows.
