What gets deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and your email address.
• Your profile — nickname, avatar, level and XP.
• Your card collection and all of your game progress.
• Your chat messages.

Matches you have already played are kept, but your name in them is replaced with an anonymous placeholder, so the game history of the other players in those matches stays intact. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We confirm every request by email before anything is removed. That usually takes a few days, and never more than 30.

Request account deletion

Send the request from the address you sign in with. If you are signed in, we fill it in for you.

Cannot use the form?

Email support@opolyx.com from the address you sign in with and we will handle it the same way.
